Groving Soil was founded when a Businessman Mr. Chetan Prakash Tayal, met traditional farmers Mr. Gurdev Singh and Mr. Gurpreet Singh in 2020. Mr. Chetan P Tayal hails from Bengaluru and he incepted Bharath Group in 1984. It is one of the fastest growing group in India. The core sector areas of the group are Real-Estate, Agriculture, Finance, Infrastructure & Mining etc.

On other hand the two farmer brothers hail from Haryana with family background of farming from more than 5 decades. They moved to Karnataka back in 2006 to do something different than their traditional crops and setup orchards in district of Koppal. After developing acres of land there, they moved to Penukonda in 2013 to start sandalwood farming.
